How will my pet be cared for during transport?

Your pet will be safely secured during the entire transport. All vehicles are climate controlled and smoke free. We make comfort stops every 4 hours (at minimum). Bottled water is provided the entire time your pet is in our care.

Can I check in with my pet from time to time?

Of course. The contact number for your pet's driver is provided to the owner so they can reach them anytime. We take multiple photos of your pet(s) throughout the entire transport so you can see the smile on their face.

I have a "special" kind of pet. Can I use your service?

Not all pets are the "norm", but we love them all. Besides the usual, we also transport ferrets, reptiles, turtles, bunnies, birds... If your pet is part of your family, we can transport it. Also, we have no breed restrictions. All snub nose and "bully" breeds are welcome! We are happy to assist with elderly and special needs pets
